● LACK OF PRACTICE:
Practice is very important to every artist. As there is a proverb ” practice makes a man perfect”. Yes, this proverb is true. If you practice any work regularly, then it will become a hobby, and will be doing more such artwork with interest, and so you can easily become an expert in the artworks. In the same way, If you don’t do practice regularly, you will lose interest in that work and you will get a failure in your work. The success and failure of any artwork will mainly depend on the practice that they do. If the artist may have an interest in art and artworks but due to lack of practice, they will not get success as an artist.
● COMPLEX ART:
As a beginner always starts with simplex art, because simplex art is easy to do and also you will get the exact picture of the work that you want to do. If you start with complex artworks at the beginning itself you may be facing a lot of difficulties in your drawing works, and sometimes you may not get the exact picture which you want to do, so you will lose your interest in that work. Which leads to the failure of an artist. So, it is always better to start your work with simplex art, and later on, you can increase the accuracy level.
● LACK OF KNOWLEDGE:
Artists must have perfect knowledge relating to art and artworks. He should possess minimum knowledge about hardware and software. If the artists do not have this minimum knowledge, then they will get a failure in their works.
Most of the artists do not know where, when, and how to start the artwork. This is also one of the reasons for the failure of an artist.
An artist (especially fresh) must seek expert guidance for gaining knowledge. One can gain a lot of knowledge from the expert, and they will guide you to become a successful artist. Without proper guidance also the artist will get a failure in their artworks.
● LACK OF CREATIVITY:
Nowadays the whole world is running through technology, and we can see a lot of changes in artworks, from traditional art to digital art. The thinking process and mindset will change from one person to another person. No one shows interest in ordinary or regular artworks unless it has some creativity in them.
For example: If I have drawn some art exactly which someone had drawn before, then no one shows much interest in my artworks but, If I have added some creativity(with the help of technology) in that artwork then everyone will show interest in my artworks. And this will lead to motivation in drawings. So, always encourage new ideas to boost up your drawing skills. And always accept new challenges and enter into a heavy competition. In the competition, you may receive success or failure. If you receive success, then it’s well and good. But, If you receive failure don’t get demotivated, Instead, take it as a challenge and try to work on that part. If you accept failures and try to work on those, then one day you will surely become a success as an artist.
● IMPROPER USE OF TOOLS AND TECHNOLOGY:
Most artists know how to make artworks. But they fail! The reason behind that is, they don’t know how to use proper tools( like traditional art tools like watercolors, brushes, arts and digital art tools like iPad pro and apple pencil, procreate, etc..,) and technology relating to art and artworks.
For example, In the case of traditional art, the artist may be knowing how to make the art and artworks but he may not be knowing certain tools involved in that, like he may not be knowing about the paint mix, and types of brushes used for paintings, etc. In the same way, In the case of digital art also, the artist may be knowing about how to do the artworks but he may not be knowing how to do the artworks with the help of digital tools. So, If you want to become a success as an artist, then you must know how to use proper tools and technology in art and artworks.
● LACK OF CONFIDENCE:
Most of the artists know how to do art and artworks but they don’t have enough confidence to present their work. While doing artworks, most of the artists will get fear in themselves regarding their works. For example, one may have a lot of knowledge relating to art and artworks but due to a lack of confidence and fear, they may commit some minor mistakes, which may lead to the failure of an artist in their works.
● POOR STRESS MANAGEMENT:
Some artists overthink about what to draw, how to draw, and so on. While overthinking they may feel stress. Due to stress, they may lose their mental ability and so their concentration level will decrease. So as an artist they should know how to manage the stress. Lack of stress management leads to the failure of an artist.
● LACK OF SUPPORT:
Some people will have passion, dedication towards the artists and artworks, but due to a lack of support from friends, family, etc.., they may lose interest in artworks. They will get demotivated. This also leads to the failure of an artist. Support is like encouragement. If an artist has good support, then he will get an interest in art and artworks and also get self-motivated and get success in their works, and then they will become a successful artist. But there are few people, instead of encouraging the artist they will always try to discourage them, So if the artists listen to their words then they will lose interest in drawings which may also lead to the failure of an artist.
● NEGATIVE THOUGHTS:
Some artists will always think negatively, like whether I can do the work or not or whether I will get success or not. That kind of artist who always thinks negatively will not get success in their works. So artists should always think positively to get success in their artworks.
